We aim to despatch your goods within 3 - 4 working days.
Payment through the PayPal cart... You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this..Just choose "Guest Checkout" and pay by card.
Delivery charge within the UK will be a flat rate of £3.99 regardless of how many items you have
RETURNS
We are confident you will be delighted with all your purchases from The Kiln Store. However, should you be unhappy with any item, please return to us, as new, within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
If any item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange. if you fail to contact us within the 7 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
We regret that unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned.
